2. Know the map and streets
We sit in the Town of Amherst, bounded by Deer Run on the north and Klein Road on the south. Interior streets include Knollwood Lane, Rollingwood Street, Ardsley Lane, Farmington Road, and Briarhill Road.
3. Get listed in the resident directory
The resident directory helps neighbors stay in touch — names, addresses, phones, and emails for households in Woodstream Farms.
New residents are not added automatically. Submit a listing request with your address and the names, phone numbers, and emails you want listed. Once an administrator adds you, open the directory with your house number and that email or phone.
4. You are part of a deed-restricted community
Deed restrictions bind subsequent owners and protect the open, scenic character that makes Woodstream Farms unique. Single-family homes, fencing rules, and exterior changes are among the topics covered.
5. Before you change the exterior
The Architectural Review Committee reviews additions, alterations, fencing, and related work. Submit complete plans for written approval before you begin — typically allow about 30 days for review.

8. Annual dues
2026 annual dues are $125.00, payable by check to Woodstream Farms Association, Inc. Drop off or mail your check to the treasurer.
